We are seeking a visionary and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our Workshops & Intensives. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and promoting a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the organization's clinical programs and services.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and promote integrated care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in clinical service delivery.
• Monitor program outcomes and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to support the growth and sustainability of clinical programs.
• Represent the organization in professional forums, conferences, and community events, advocating for the importance of mental health and advancing the field of psychotherapy.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership or supervisory clinical role.
• Five years of providing trauma informed care.
• Knowledge and experience in Experiential and Psychodrama therapeutic modalitites.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective therapeutic programs and interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice and program development.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in mental health care.
