We are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing evidence-based therapy services. As a therapist at Milestones at Onsite, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting individual, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Collaborating with clients to set treatment goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment through teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
Other Information/Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.
• Five years of experience in trauma preferred.
• Knowledge of 12-Step recovery process and services.
• Previous experience conducting group therapy and experiential therapy sessions.
• Experience with adult residential treatment settings strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, including various modalities of treating survivors of trauma; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Experiential skills preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
