Main Areas of Responsibility:
JOB SUMMARY:
This position will manage and coordinate all aspects of the Pavillon Outpatient Services. This includes but is not limited to intake, assessment, Intensive Outpatient Program, aftercare, and any other groups that are offered. This position is responsible to help develop, assess, and improve all outpatient services consistent with best practices and emerging best practices. This position also provides: direct clinical and administrative supervision for all outpatient service delivery staff; provides direct services as census and program needs dictate; and works closely with management and marketing staff to promote these services.

EDUCATION:
1. Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field and SUD or Professional Counseling certified/licensed.
2. Prefer Certified Clinical Supervisor credential or eligible. Credentialed or eligible for North Carolina and South Carolina state certification/licensure required.
EXPERIENCE: Must have at least five years’ experience in addiction or substance use disorder counseling and program management, coordination and supervision. Experience and skill in community outreach, referral development, training and supervision, and public presentations preferred.
