Pamela F. Rodriguez is the retired president of TASC, Inc., a nonprofit case management agency that serves adults and youth with substance use and mental health disorders, where she worked for many years. Ms. Rodriguez oversaw their public policy, research and service delivery to nearly 25,000 individuals each year who are referred to by courts, corrections, and child welfare systems. Pam is a leader for advocating for people involved in criminal justice, public health, and child welfare systems and was honored by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy for her leadership in advancing system-wide justice interventions for people with substance use disorders. She has co-authored several journal articles on health care, criminal justice, and juvenile justice. Pam served on the NAATP Board of Directors, as chair of NAATP Public Policy Committee, the advisory board of the National Addiction Policy Forum, and FoRSE Board.
