Examining SUD Treatment Outcomes: The 2nd Annual Report from the FoRSE Program

When
November 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The 2024 FoRSE Annual Summary was released in May of 2024, summarizing data from 88 distinct treatment providers and over 200,000 episodes of patient care. Both the 2023 and 2024 FoRSE Annual Summaries are available to the public, as sharing insights from the data we are collecting can help reduce stigma and inform progress in the addiction healthcare system. In this webinar, the Executive Director of NAATP’s FoRSE Treatment Outcomes Program will review key findings from this year’s report, including observations about length of treatment engagement and the importance of measuring psychiatric acuity. This presentation will also address observed differences in treatment outcomes according to patient characteristics. These topics will be presented in the context of how treatment centers can leverage their data to improve communication of value both internally and with external stakeholders.

Learning objectives

1) Identify 3 key findings from the most recent report on SUD treatment outcomes from the FoRSE program.

2) Describe how stratifying data based on patient demographics can reveal SUD healthcare inequities.

3) Discuss how SUD treatment providers are leveraging their data to demonstrate their quality and value.

Date: November 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
