Cleared4 Vaccine Registration
Our COVID Safety Measures
Just as you have an obligation to keep patients and staff safe, we have the same obligation to you. NAATP is committed to providing a safe meeting for NAATP National 2021 on December 7-9, through the following COVID safety guidelines. We encourage all attendees to be fully vaccinated and will require advance proof of vaccination. If unable to provide proof of vaccination, we will accept a negative COVID-19 Test 72 hours before Dec 7 or complete a free rapid COVID-19 test on-site.
Masks will be required when arriving in the registration area. Once attendees obtain their badges, masks will be strongly recommended but not required.
Steps to Submit Vaccine and Testing Information Prior to Event
We require all individuals attending this year’s conference to:
- Provide COVID-19 Vaccination documents
- OR provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours of the event
- OR complete a free rapid COVID-19 test on-site
In order to gain admittance to the conference and provide a seamless check-in process, we require you to follow these 4 easy steps prior to arrival.
STEP 1: Click HERE to begin the Cleared4 Registration Process
STEP 2: Enter your contact information into Cleared4 via the above link. Next, you will receive an email and SMS text with a link for the next step.
STEP 3: Upload your proof of vaccination. Enter all doses and dates.
*For attendees who choose to upload a negative COVID-19 test instead of proof of vaccination, you may begin the registration process and return to your link within 72 hours of the conference start to upload your test results. By starting the registration process, we can send a friendly reminder via text and email to ensure you don’t forget!
STEP 4: When you complete these steps, your Cleared4 page will display a SHOW ACCESS PASS button, click on this and take a screenshot for your reference. When you arrive at registration, your name badge will have proper demarcation of vaccination or testing proof.
