This Survey Serves as a Leadership Guide to Attracting and Maintaining Top Talent in a Challenging Workforce Environment
The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) is pleased to release the 2023 National Addiction Industry Salary Survey. This one-of-a-kind report analyzes salary data from 56 addiction industry jobs with a total number of 4,686 employees reported in the survey. In this Salary Survey, data is displayed by geographic region, revenue size, and the organization's tax status. A total of 114 organizations participated in the data collection, which represents an 11% response rate of NAATP membership. Data for the 2023 salary survey was collected and analyzed by the organization Employer's Council.
Since its inception in 1986, the Salary Survey has consistently been ranked as one of the most valued resources produced by NAATP. Treatment providers, both in and outside of our membership, have used it to help attract and retain top talent, provide high-quality care, and mitigate their day-to-day operational and staffing challenges.
The report is available as a digital publication and includes access to a downloadable PDF. Organizations that participated in the data collection receive the report complimentary, non-participating members can purchase this survey for $1,000 and non-members for $2,500.
