Soul Recovery - Compassionate Accountability
Soul Recovery (SR) is a program that offers individuals a clear and comprehensive roadmap to their true and authentic self by bridging the gap between the 12 Steps of Recovery and other transformational practices including some of the latest developments in brain science.
The Compassionate Accountability training is an extension of Soul Recovery that tactfully addresses the underlying root causes of unconscious racial bias, and emotionally paves the way for cultural competence in recovery spaces.
This experiential training is based upon a spiritual and emotional process designed to address, process and release subjective perceptions, beliefs and patterns of racism and bias for recovery professionals.
The mission of Soul Recovery: Compassionate Accountability is to heal systemic racism in the recovery industry at a core level by making room at the table for everyone, and to create an emotional pathway to serve all people in need of our services, regardless of race, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.
To heal the root causes of racial bias because Information without transformation is not sustainable.
