Other special projects we have supported companies with are:
• Renovations: Medium/Large size existing building renovations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assisting facilities in meeting Fire Marshal, State Health, and other agency requirements post-inspection.
• Disaster Support: Providing immediate response and rebuilding services in the event of natural disasters such as floods caused by water pipe leaks, etc.
• Project Turnaround: Stepping in to rescue and manage existing construction projects that have encountered difficulties, requiring a new General Contractor and or Design team.
• Audits: Construction project closeout completion phase. When a project has a GMP Cost Plus project we support and audit the General Contractor final billing to help determine proper and fair credit to the owner of actual costs. Many owners have these types of projects and don’t realize potential savings that are ignored at the end of a project.
