NAATP Launches 2025 Salary Survey Data Collection: Help Shape Workforce Compensation in Addiction Treatment
The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) is thrilled to announce the opening of its 2025 Salary Survey, the only nationwide survey dedicated to collecting comprehensive compensation data in the addiction treatment industry.
The data collection window will run from January 15 to February 19, 2025, and our member's participation is crucial. In return for your participation in the data collection, members will receive a copy of the final report.

Participation Details
Survey participation emails will be sent directly to member CEOs and HR executives from our survey partner, Employers Council. Be sure to watch your inbox for this important invitation! Responses are strictly confidential, and all data will be anonymized to ensure privacy.
Report Access
The completed 2025 Salary Survey report will be released by the end of June 2025 and will be available:
- Complimentary to participating NAATP members
- For $500 to non-participating NAATP members
- For $1,500 to non-members
