Cumberland Heights Community Recovery Accredited

Cumberland Heights Professional Associates provides counseling services in the community for persons in recovery from Substance Use Disorders. These services are part of a continuum of care that may start in residential or outpatient treatment or may be the first step for an individual or family in recovery. These programs are designed as ongoing support for the various supports for professional counselling and support that a person might need outside of a traditional residential or outpatient setting. Services are designed to be based on therapeutic supports for an abstinent-based recovery process and may include psychopharmacology, individual, group, or family counseling, and wellness or recovery education. Also, as part of the continuity of care, a patient’s addiction impacts every member of the family. Family members of people in recovery or in active or past addiction qualify within scope to receive services for themselves as they deal with the impact of current or historical family addiction. Services are held at 1701 17th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37212. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. This schedule may be modified to meet an individual patient’s need as determined by staff.
