We are pleased to announce a new feature of the NAATP National Addiction Leadership Conference called Member to Member (M2M) Forum. The forum, which we hope to repeat and expand in the years to come, will highlight four NAATP members who will share their experiences with a pressing topic. This year the topic will be Workforce Hiring, Management, and Retention. One of the most valued benefits of NAATP membership, as reported by our members, is convening and sharing approaches to common industry challenges. The M2M conference session is paired with NAATP’s M2M online discussion tool where members may regularly share their operational strategies. We welcome the four NAATP members selected for this year’s session.
Each year NAATP hosts a leadership lunch limited to program executives. This year’s lunch will feature Congressman David Trone from Maryland’s 6th Congressional District. Representative Trone is a leader in the U.S. House of Representatives dedicated to the development of law and policy advancements in the field of substance use disorder. Representative Trone will discuss the political process as it relates to the necessity of bipartisan collaboration to address our nation’s addiction crisis.
