Membership Coordinator for National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers

The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) is seeking a Membership Coordinator. NAATP, headquartered in Denver, CO, is a well-established not-for-profit national professional membership/trade organization that serves the needs of entities that provide addiction treatment. The core membership of NAATP are residential addiction treatment centers that provide health care services to individuals who suffer from alcohol and drug addiction, also called Substance Use Disorder (SUD). NAATP, founded in 1978, has a stable core membership and is poised for membership growth.

The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for addiction treatment provider membership growth and retention. The Membership Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will be assessment of current membership, creation of a membership growth plan, and implementation of the plan.

The NAATP Membership Coordinator must be an educated professional who is energetic, positive, motivated, and organized. He or she must be tech-savvy, a strategic thinker, and possess independent project management skill. The position requires strong interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of the addiction treatment industry is a plus. A bachelor’s degree is required.

The Membership Coordinator will work as part of the NAATP staff team at the Denver NAATP headquarters. The position includes travel. The Membership Coordinator will report to the NAATP Director of Operations.

Salary: $50,000 annual plus health, savings, and vacation.
