President Says Addiction is a National Priority

We ARE making progress! It is not a small matter that the President cited our nation's growing prescription drug and heroin epidemic as a national priority in the State of the Union Address last night.

He described it as a bipartisan priority. He framed it as a health care crisis. He did NOT suggest it is a criminal matter for which we can arrest and incarcerate the problem away. Check out the recovery article in "The Hill"​ on influencing addiction policy with your VOTE!
