During the annual picnic on September 5th, High Watch Recovery Center presented its “Marty Mann Award” to Ruth Ann Rigby, Chief Development Officer for BRC Recovery. The award is given to a person whose outstanding vision, dedication, and commitment has changed the lives of countless people in recovery.” Ruth Ann has spent decades in the recovery field works diligently to help indivduals struggling with substance use disorder.
