The Clinical Director is responsible for and oversees all aspects of clinical management, clinical administration at Onsite, in conjunction with the Vice President of Clinical Services. This includes, but is not limited to, clinical programming at Onsite as well as oversight of guide recruitment and retention, including the vetting, training, and development of the full-time clinical team members, budgeting, forecasting, planning, market analysis, potential client and family relations, referral relations, etc. The Clinical Director works cross-functionally with all other departments to meet the needs of program participants and the marketplace.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Coordinate meetings with other mental health provider programs; assist with community presentations as applicable; make treatment and social service referrals to appropriate agencies that support client goals; cultivate and maintain working relationships with outside agencies; work closely with the advocacy, residential and legal teams to coordinate services to clients
- Provide periodic individual or group clinical supervision to therapists, non-licensed therapists and clinical interns as needed; provide administrative support, supervision, and consultation to support and broaden staff skill levels; provide crisis support to therapists and clients as needed
- Ensures appropriate use of EMR, including implementation, records reviews, etc.
- Oversee and supervise members of Onsite’s clinical leadership team
- Provide supervision for programs as needed; provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical program to ensure that client needs and agency standards are met
- Create, maintain and submit accurate records and documents in a timely manner and as required by agency policies
Stays abreast of the latest clinical trends and advancements; seeks training opportunities for clinical department
- Provide individual, couple, family and group counseling as needed; facilitate high profile and other intensives as needed
- Responsible for developing new clinical programs and special projects at Onsite and overseeing related project management
- Manage feedback from unsatisfied clients; problem solve utilizing customer service as a priority in decision making
- Provide lectures/presentations for clinical programs as needed

- Actively participate both in obtaining and maintaining Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation by timely assistance with all requests, training and adhering to Policies and Procedures
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance policy (e.g., HIPAA, CARF, etc.).
- Knowledge of and adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal / state / local laws and regulations. Maintain complete confidentiality in all client/program matters, in accordance with Onsite policy
