NAATP Emerges Stronger

Following ten months of aggressive restructuring since installing our new staff in May of 2015, our National Association emerged from an intensive two-day Winter Board Meeting last night with major progress and initiatives including:

  • A New NAATP Brand to be Launched at the National Leadership Conference in May
  • A Three-Year Strategic Plan Defining Key Values, Objectives, and Implementation Actions
  • A Communications Strategy Designed to Better Advise the Field, Public, Press, and Policy Makers Regarding Addiction Recovery
  • The Launch of our National Multi-Center Rigorous Treatment Outcomes Study
  • Adoption of the National Association Ethics Complaints Policy and Procedure that will Address Provider and Marketer Ethics Violations

I could not be more pleased with the vision, courage, and dedication to service of a board of directors. Because of these remarkable industry leaders and a talented professional staff and consulting team, our National Association is reemerging as the vision, voice, and leadership on which our field has historically relied.

Please look for detailed news releases coming up on these initiatives, all of which will be fully revealed at the National Leadership Conference in May in Fort Lauderdale.
